<b>This page is for Updates, not Upgrades, for the Version you are currently running. If you are running a Version 3 or 4, then the Version 5.0F Update will not take your earlier Version to a Version 5.0F.</b>
  
<p>When installing One Touch, you will more than likely need to use the thumb drive we sent you. If you received a download and don't have access to the installation files, then you will need to contact Biblesoft by <b>[https://mail.biblesoft.com/contact.php clicking here]</b> to request us to reissue the downloads.</p>

To upgrade, make sure you have a registered program. To register your program, contact Biblesoft Customer Service at cs@biblesoft.com.
  
<ol>To install One Touch:<br>

If you have an account already or after you have created an account, then you can get a full list of upgrade prices by:<br>
<li>Open the Biblesoft folder on your desktop or insert the thumb drive.</li>

<ol><li>Log in at https://store.biblesoft.com/login?back=my-account.</li>
<li>Double left click on the file called #1 - . Please wait at least 3 minutes for the install to come up before trying again.</li>

<li>Click on PC Study Bible.</li>
<li>Follow the onscreen instructions and when prompted, click on the Finish button.</li>

<li>In the list that appears, click on Upgrades.</li></ol>
<li>The install window will close and show the contents of the Biblesoft folder or thumb drive.</li>

<ol><li>First, collect all your discs that are labeled PC Study Bible. If you miss a title then you will either need uninstall and reinstall or purchase a replacement in a compatible Version.</li><li>Next, sort the discs by Version; Version 3 separate from Version 4 and so on. This information is normally seen on the right side of the front of each disc.</li><li>Then sort each Version by the release. This would be in the following order and only applies to Versions 3 & 4.</li><li>Separate the discs in each Version like so:<br><ul><li>For Version 3 discs - 3, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, Version 3 Bonus discs</li><li>For Version 4 discs - 4, 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, Version 4 Bonus discs</li></ul>Note - You will not see this for Version 5 Add-On discs, but you should set all Version 5 Add-Ons anyway. If you keep getting a registration message when you start up PC Study Bible even though you have already registered your program, then try looking for a file called caleb.exe. Windows 8/8.1:<br>

<ol><li>Close all major programs, MS Word, PC Study Bible etc.</li>

<li>Look for an Icon along the bottom of the screen that looks like 3 office or manila folders and click it. This will open something called File Explorer.</li>

Note – If there is no such Icon along the bottom bar, then press and hold the Windows Key and then press “E”. (The Windows Key is in the last row of keys on the Keyboard; usually two keys from the left or right of the Space Bar.) Pressing and then releasing these 2 keys together will open File Explorer.

PC Study Bible Updates

This page is for Updates, not Upgrades, for the Version you are currently running. If you are running a Version 3 or 4, then the Version 5.0F Update will not take your earlier Version to a Version 5.0F.

To upgrade, make sure you have a registered program. To register your program, contact Biblesoft Customer Service at cs@biblesoft.com.

If you keep getting a registration message when you start up PC Study Bible even though you have already registered your program, then try looking for a file called caleb.exe. Windows 8/8.1:

  1. Close all major programs, MS Word, PC Study Bible etc.

Macros

The file that comes with your program will work on 32 bit Editions of Word, but there are a lot of security settings that you need to lower just to get it to install.

We have an updated Copy Macro file for 32 and 64 bit Editions of Word that doesn't require you to lower any security in Word, but you will need to Enable the Content in the file itself which is easier and safe over all.
