	1)	Use the product search box: If you're looking for a specific item, simply type the name of that item in the search box, then hit the "enter" key on your keyboard or click the gray search button. You can also use the search box to look for products related to a certain keyword like an author's name (i.e. Spiros Zodhiates) or a particular subject (i.e. apologetics).
	2)	Use the search by category links: Use this feature if you'd like to see every product Biblesoft has available under a specific category (i.e. Commentaries).

With each method above, a "thumbnail view" list of all the products related to your search are displayed, from which point you can link to a product page containing detailed information and order options.

Finding and selecting an item

When you are ready to order an item, scroll to the bottom of the product detail page. Place the item in your shopping cart by first selecting the appropriate delivery option (either "Mail Product on CD" or "Internet Download*"), and then clicking the "Add Item to Cart" button (note: you can always remove the item later if you wish). This will take you to a page that displays the contents of your shopping cart. If you would like to order additional items, simply click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the Biblesoft Online home page. Or, if you're ready to complete your order, click the orange "Checkout" button.

Entering your customer information

Returning customers to Biblesoft Online:
Enter your last name and email address in the boxes provided, then click "sign in" to automatically retrieve your customer information. Click the "continue" button to proceed to the payment options page.

New customers to Biblesoft Online (anyone who has not shopped at this specific website before):
Enter your personal information in the boxes provided under "Customer/Bill To Information," then click the "continue" button to proceed to the payment options page.

Completing your order (checking out)

On the "Payment/Shipping" page, confirm your correct shipping address at the top (if you are having items shipped to you), then enter your payment and shipping options. If you select another shipping method or modify your shipping information, click the "Recalculate Order Totals" button to see your modified order total. Lastly, click the orange "SUBMIT ORDER" button at the bottom of the page to confirm your order. Shortly, you will receive an email containing a summary of your order that you can print for your records.

How do digital downloads work?

One of the new features of Biblesoft Online is the ability to choose between receiving a CD in the mail or downloading* the add-on directly from the website, thereby avoiding the shipping charge. If you'd like to purchase a product as a digital download, simply select "Internet Download" as the delivery option before clicking the "Add Item to Cart" button on a product detail page. Once you submit your order, you'll see a link to a page where you can download the file (files will stay available for 7 days). Also, when you receive you order confirmation email, the email will contain a link to the specific page containing the file(s) you purchased for download.

How do I make sure I don't order an add-on that I already have in my current PC Study Bible library?

On each add-on page, you'll find an "add-on info" box that contains helpful information about that particular product. At the top of that box, circular "buttons" indicate which PC Study Bible libraries contain the add-on module in question. If a button is "lit" with a particular color, that library does contain the add-on. On the other hand, if that button is grayed-out, that library does not contain the add-on. Therefore, by knowing which library you own and using the information provided in the add-on info box, you'll be sure to avoid buying a product you already own.

How do I upgrade my current library to the new Version 4? Do I get the upgrade for a discounted price?

All registered PC Study Bible owners are entitled to a specially-priced upgrade to the new PC Study Bible Version 5 . If you are a registered PCSB user, you should have received a special upgrade offer in the mail which contains a unique offer code that allows you access to special pricing through our Registered User Mailing Offer. Orders will normally ship within 3 business days of receipt. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Orders other than with a guaranteed carrier (FedEx, UPS), should allow for 5-7 business days for delivery. Charges are based on the chart below:
